How do I connect Turno to Futurestay?

It takes about two minutes. In your Futurestay dashboard, go to Integrations and click on Turno. You'll be prompted to log into your Turno account (or create one if you don't have one). Once connected, your cleaning projects will automatically sync.

Does Turno cost extra?

Turno has its own pricing for their cleaning automation features. The integration with Futurestay is free. You'll need a Turno account to use the integration, but basic features are available on their free plan.

Can I use my existing cleaners with Turno?

Yes. You can invite your existing cleaners to Turno and they'll receive automatic scheduling and payment through the platform. You can also use Turno's marketplace to find backup cleaners or expand your cleaning team.

What shows up in Futurestay?

Your Turno cleaning projects appear in the Projects section of Futurestay. You can see the project number, type (cleaning, maintenance, etc.), scheduled time, status, duration, property, and assignee. For detailed management, there's a "Manage on Turno" button that takes you directly to Turno.

Can Turno handle more than just cleanings?

Yes. While Turno specializes in cleaning automation, you can also use it to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and handyman work. Any property project can be scheduled and tracked through the platform.

How does automatic payment work?

When a cleaning is marked as complete in Turno, the cleaner is paid automatically based on the rate you've set. Turno supports payments in 26 currencies. This eliminates the need to track invoices or manually process payments.

What if I don't have a Turno account yet?

You can create a free Turno account during the integration process. When you click to connect Turno in Futurestay, you'll have the option to create a new account if you don't already have one.
