When do I get my money?

Payments are captured immediately into your Stripe Connect account when a guest books. Funds are released to your bank account the day after check-in. This timing ensures Futurestay can seamlessly manage any adjustments, modifications, or refunds on your behalf—without you ever having to move money back into Stripe.

Is Stripe secure?

Yes. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, which is the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. All card data is encrypted and tokenized. Your guests' information never touches your servers.
