Why can't I sign up for Hopper directly?

Hopper Homes only accepts listings through approved property management software partners. They don't have a direct host signup process like Airbnb. Futurestay is one of Hopper's premier onboarding partners, which means we can get you listed quickly and with full API integration.

How do I manage my Hopper listing?

Everything is managed through Futurestay. Hopper doesn't provide a host dashboard for editing listings. You update your content, photos, pricing, and availability in Futurestay, and those changes sync automatically to Hopper. Reservations from Hopper appear in your Futurestay dashboard alongside your other bookings.

What are Hopper's fees?

Hopper charges a 14% host commission on bookings made through their platform when using a PMS integration like Futurestay. This is similar to Airbnb's host fee structure. There are no additional fees from Futurestay for the Hopper integration.

Will my calendar stay synced?

Yes. Futurestay has a direct API integration with Hopper, so availability updates in real-time. When someone books on Airbnb, Hopper sees the blocked dates instantly, and vice versa. No iCal delays or manual syncing required.

Can I remove my listing from Hopper later?

Yes. You can disable Hopper distribution at any time from your Futurestay dashboard. Your listing will be removed from Hopper, but any existing reservations will still need to be honored.

Is the Hopper integration included in my subscription?

Yes. The Hopper integration is included with your Futurestay subscription at no additional cost. The only fees are Hopper's standard host commission on bookings made through their platform.
