From there, we distribute your rates to all connected channels. You manage pricing in PriceLabs, we handle distribution.

Do I need a PriceLabs subscription?

Yes. PriceLabs is a separate service with its own subscription. You'll need an active PriceLabs account to use this integration. Futurestay connects to your PriceLabs account to receive rate updates. Visit pricelabs.co to sign up if you don't have an account yet.

How often do prices sync?

PriceLabs pushes rate updates to Futurestay automatically throughout the day. When market conditions change or PriceLabs recalculates your rates, those updates flow to Futurestay and out to your channels. No manual sync required.

Can I override PriceLabs rates in Futurestay?

For the cleanest workflow, make pricing adjustments in PriceLabs. That keeps PriceLabs as your single source of truth for rates. If you override rates in Futurestay, the next PriceLabs sync may overwrite your changes. Use PriceLabs for rate management, Futurestay for distribution.

What channels receive PriceLabs rates?

All of them. When PriceLabs updates your rates in Futurestay, we automatically push those prices to every connected channel: Airbnb, Google Vacation Rentals, your direct booking site, and any other distribution partners. One rate update flows everywhere.

How do I connect my PriceLabs account?

Go to Integrations in your Futurestay settings and select PriceLabs. Follow the prompts to authorize the connection. Once connected, map your PriceLabs listings to your Futurestay listings. Setup takes just a few minutes.

Can I disconnect PriceLabs later?

Yes. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your Futurestay settings. Your rates will stop syncing from PriceLabs, and you'll manage pricing directly in Futurestay. Your existing rates stay in place until you change them.

Is there a cost to use the integration?

The Futurestay integration with PriceLabs is included with your Futurestay subscription at no extra cost. You'll pay separately for your PriceLabs subscription based on their pricing. Futurestay doesn't charge anything additional for the connection.
