Futurestay named ARDA’s Innovation Fast Track Winner
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — April 10, 2019 — The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is a Washington, D.C. trade association representing timeshares and vacation ownership. In collaboration with Phocuswright, Inc., ARDA hosted the ARDA World 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Futurestay competed alongside four other companies to be named ARDA’s Innovation Fast Track Winner.

Futurestay CEO, S. Philip Kennard shared Futurestay’s vision for on-demand connectivity applying to timeshare’s fractional ownership.

Futurestay fielded questions from industry leading judges, including Marriott Vacations CEO, Stephen Weisz and Westgate CBO, Jared Saft, and earned the Lion’s Choice Award. Sleepbox earned the People’s Choice Award.
