Short-Term Rental

STR

A furnished property rented for short periods, typically less than 30 days. STRs include vacation rentals, corporate housing, and Airbnbs. Many jurisdictions regulate STRs differently than hotels or long-term rentals, requiring permits, licenses, or tax registration.
